What a private session looks like

Sessions are shaped around the athlete in front of the coach, not a fixed script.

Start with where they are

The trainer looks at current skill level, position and goals before building the plan.

Work the skills that matter

Ball handling, finishing, shooting mechanics, footwork, reads and decision making at game speed.

Bring it back to the game

Live reps and situational work so the skill shows up in practice and on game night.
